Milk Powder Burfi in 10 minutes
– Milk Powder Burfi is a recipe using amulspray in just 10 minutes. This is the simplest and perfect recipe for any kind of festivals like Diwali,Holi,Rakhi,Ganesh Chathurthi which can be made with less ingredients within 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Directions

Take milk powder,milk and sugar in a mixing bowl.Mix all the ingredients so that no lumps occur and everything combined well.

Now turn on the gas.Pour the mixture in a pan and cook it in a low medium flame.Stir continuously until it becomes thick.It takes 8 to 10 minutes to cook properly.

Switch off the flame when it separates from the pan. Do not over cook.

Transfer the mixture to a greased container. Garnish with chopped almond and cashews and press slightly with spatula.

Keep it in a room temperature for atleast one hour to set it properly. Cut into pieces and serve.
