Mango ice cream recipe
without whipping cream without blender – There are many ways a mango ice cream can made. Here I have shown an easy method of making mango ice cream without blender without whipping cream. Actually here i have shown how to use homemade cream as a substitute of cream or whipping cream . Many of us don’t have blender and whipping cream available in home so this recipe gives the perfect solution for those who wants to make it in a simple way with less equipment. So let’s start the recipe which will give you a delicious tasty and creamy mango ice cream.
Ingredients
Directions

Wash and cut 1 and 1/2 mango into cubes. Add them in a blender.

Add 1/2 cup condensed milk.You can add upto 1 cup for more sweetness.

Blend it and make a fine mango puree. The pulp turns thick as no water added. Give a quick stir with a spoon and transfer into a bowl.

Now in the same blender jar add 3/4 cup homemade paneer , 2 tbsp curd and 1 tbsp powdered sugar. Blend it for few seconds.

Check whether it is smooth or not. Blend it again for 1 to 2 min until smooth.

Take 4 tbsp mango puree and put it in the smooth cream mixture. Then blend it for few seconds. Don't need to blend all mango puree again.

Pour the creamy mixture into the bowl of mango puree. Fold it gently.

Pour the mixture into an air tight container or bowl. .Cover the bowl with a tight lid or seal tightly with aluminum foil or cling wrap. Keep it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Remember to seal or cover tightly to avoid formation of ice crystals on the ice cream .

After 6 hours transfer the semi frozen ice cream to a blender and blend it again for 2 to 3 minutes until you see the volume increasing.

Then pour it in the same container and Even the top with help of spatula. Keep it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Cover it tightly to avoid ice crystals.

Before serving, keep the ice cream bowl at room temperature for some minutes or until you can easily scoop it out. With an ice cream scoop, remove the mango ice cream. Serve mango ice cream in ice cream bowl .
