Lemon pepper chicken
We tried many different chicken breast recipes for dinner and starter but black pepper chicken recipe is best because I think this is an easy chicken recipes for Dinner with few ingredients also it’s suitable as chicken starter.
Soft well cooked chicken bite with a dominant flavor of lemon juice and mild spices makes it perfect as evening starter. I must say for a sudden get together or house party Indian style Lemon pepper chicken recipe will be savior.

Marinate the Chicken: Take properly cleaned 500gms Chicken in a Bowl. Add 2 tbsp curd, 2 tsp Black pepper, Salt as per taste, Lemon juice 2 tsp, 2tbsp Ginger garlic paste then mixed it well and keep it for 30 min to marinate.

Frying: Take 3 tbsp oil and 1 tsp butter in a pan. Heat the oil in low flame then add Cloves - 2, Cardamom - 2, Black Pepper - 8 nos, Cinnamon stick - 1. Now when the spices are slightly fried place marinated chicken pieces one by one. Fry in high heat for 2 mins and flip the chicken pieces. After 2 min fry the chicken in low and medium heat for 5 min but don't forget to flip chicken pieces in between. Cover with lid and cook for 2 mins in low heat.

After 2 min open the lid. Add remaining marinate batter over the chicken and keep frying until chicken cooked properly. When chicken are almost fried Add 3 tsp Curd , Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp and stir well for 1 min and turn off the Gas or Induction.

You Lemon Pepper Chicken is now ready to serve. You can garnish your Lemon pepper chicken with lemon wedge and coriander leaf's
