Kalakand recipe with milk powder
Indian sweets are always a weakness for me. I just Indian sweets and I am sure like me many of you love to eat Indian sweets. Serving sweets to our guest is always a good gesture for Indians. Some sweets like Laddu , Gujia etc are often we made at home but today I am going to share a very easy and quick recipe of for kalakand milk burfi recipe with amul spray milk powder ingredients
Kalakand is a very popular sweet in India and Pakistan and it has many different method to make but today I am not sharing the traditional recipe rather I am sharing the easiest and fastest recipe of Making Kalakand.
Ingredients
Directions

Heat a pan in a medium flame.Add 1 tsp ghee/clarified butter into the pan.

Then add milk and stir for few seconds so that it will mix well.

Now add milk powder and stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes. After 2 minutes add sugar and mix it well.

Now add paneer and stir continously for 4 to 5 minutes untill it thickens.

After 5 minutes add pinch of green cardamom powder and turn off the flame.

Grease some ghee in a plate and transfer the paste into it.

Cool it completely .Cut into pieces and serve.
