Instant Malai Cake Recipe|15 Min Dessert Recipe|Custard Malai Cake

Here I have shared an easy way of making instant malai cake which is no bake no oven no cream cake recipe.

This instant malai cake recipe can be made within 15 minutes with just few ingredients like custard, milk, sugar and rusk or toast biscuits. If you don’t have oven no cream available at home then this is gonna best for making instant cake. You can try this recipe at your home on any kind of occassion and serve to your guests. You don’t need any cake ingredients for making this custard malai cake recipe.

So lets gets started with step by step process of making instant malai cake recipe.

Equipment

       

Ingredients:

• Toast Biscuits/Rusk

• Sugar – 1/2 cup

• Water – 1 cup

• Food Color – 2 drops

• Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

• Milk – 2 cups(500 ml)

• Sugar – 3 tbsp

• Milk – 5 tbsp

• Custard Powder – 1 tbsp

• Corn Flour – 2 tbsp

• Chopped Almond Pistachios

Process :

1. First step is to make sugar syrup.For making sugar syrup add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and turn on the gas.

2. When it starts to boil add one pinch of cardamom powder and 1 tsp yellow food color. Mix it well.

3. Boil it for 2 min on a low medium flame . After 2 mins turn off the gas and keep it aside.

4. Next step is making malai.For this step take 500 ml milk in a pan and let it boil on a low flame.

5. Take 5 tbsp milk in a small bowl.Add 1 tbsp custard powder and 2 tbsp Cornflour into the milk.Mix it well so that no lumps occur.

6. When the milk starts boiling add custard powder mixture slowly and gradually. Mix it well by continuous stirring.

7.When the mixture becomes thick remove the pan from the gas and turned it off.

8. Next step is to make the cake.For this take a bowl of any shape.Here I have taken a wide rectangular glass bowl.Take some rusk buiscuits and make the first layer by placing it into the bowl.

9. Now add the prepared sugar syrup on the rusk.

10. Then spread the custard mixture over the rusk biscuits.

11. Again make another layer of rusk and repeat the process of adding sugar syrup.

12. Then add custard mixture again and spread well.

13. Garnish with chopped almond and Pistachios.

14. Now the last step is to keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours to set completely.

15. After 2 hours you can serve it .
