Mango mousse recipe
The king of all fruit is Mango and in mango season all of us enjoy mangoes in many ways. In different part of the world we get many different type of mangoes and this eggless mango mousse recipe can be made with any of them.
Mousse is originated from French Cuisine but like many other mango dessert recipes this is also famous around the globe.
I have made this recipe with No Gelatin No Agar Agar and Without whipped cream. I made it with only 3 ingredients.

Take 2 mango dice and cut into cubes. Transfer it into a blender.
Blend it until completely smooth.Keep aside.
Take 200 ml fresh cream (chilled) in a bowl. Beat it for few minutes with the help of whisk .
Transfer it to a blender.Now add 3 tbsp powdered sugar into it.Blend it for few seconds.
Then add mango puree gradually and blend again.
Repeat the process of adding mango puree and blend until it becomes soft and creamy.
Transfer the mango mousse into a bowl and keep it in a refrigerator for 3 to 4 hrs. After 4 hours you can serve and enjoy.
