We should have an Egg recipe in our daily meal because Egg is a source of of high-quality protein, Fat along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids. I think Egg Curry is always our favorite because it’s easy to avail, easy to cook and affordable for all groups of people.

Egg Malai Curry is a creamy non spicy Egg recipe which can ready in just 35 mins with handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
Directions
Boil 4 eggs and cut the eggs into halves with a piece of thread.
Make a fine paste with Cubed onion and 2 green chillis using a mixer grinder.
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add onion green chilli paste and stir. Cook for 15 minutes in a low flame until the paste changes color. Keep stirring in between.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix it well and fry for 1min. Add salt as per taste.
Now turn off the flame and add 200 ml milk. Stir continously and mix it well with the masala.
Then switch on the flame and cook in a low flame till oil separates. Add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and salt as per your need. Mix well and cook for few mins
Place the egg halves into the gravy. Put the yolk side down so that it absorb the spices well. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 mins in a low flame. After 2 mins turn the egg halves yolk side up.
Add chopped coriander leaves and cook for 1 min. Turn off the flame.
Your Egg Malai Curry is ready now Serve and enjoy with roti , nan or rice.
