Dudh Paneer|Pure Veg Paneer recipe|No Onion No Garlic
I have shared an easy pure vegetarian recipe of paneer i.e dudh paneer. This recipe is made without onion and without garlic.So just try this amazing recipe and let me know your feedback by giving comments. I am sure you all will love it.

Cut the 300 gm paneer into cubes.

Then in a mixer grinder jar add 1 tsp poppy seeds, 8 to 10 cashews , 1 tsp charmagaz, 2 green chilli ,1 inch ginger. Grind it to make a paste.

Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add paneer cubes and fry it in a low flame till golden brown.

Transfer it into the bowl of milk.

Now In the same pan add all spices and saute for few seconds.

After 20-30 seconds when aroma comes out from the spices add cashew paste.Mix well.

Stir continuously. Add 1 tsp salt and cook till the oil separates.

Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 to 3 minutes when the masala is cooked well then add paneer cubes with milk.Stir continuously.

When it start to boil cover with a lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

After 5 min open the lid and add 1/2 tsp sugar. Add 1 tsp garam masala powder.

Add 1/2 tsp crushed kashuri Methi and 1/2 tsp ghee or clarified butter.

Mix it well. Cover and cook for another 2 min.

After 2 min turn off the gas and your dudh paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy eating.
