How to make ice cream at home?
In summer it’s very common that many people search on google. For them my suggestion is custard ice cream recipe. I always try to make recipes with less ingredients and simple appliances.
Custard ice cream without cream recipe
Ingredients

Custard ice cream without cream
Take 500 ml milk in a bowl. Tale out 5tsp milk in a small bowl.
Now add 2 tbsp custard powder into the small bowl of milk. Mix well so that no lumps occur.
Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil. When it starts boiling add /2 cup of sugar. Stir and boil for few minutes until the custard mixture thickens.
Now turn off the flame. Let it cool completely.
Transfer it to a air tight container and cover it with cling wrap or foil paper. Cover with the container lid and place it in Freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
After 6 hours bring it out from the freezer and blend it with mixer and again cover it in same way and keep it in freezer for 8 to 10 hours.
After 10 hours bring it out from the Freezer because our Custard Ice cream is is ready now.
Cut it with a knife and garnish with almond and pistachios.
