Chocolate Mousse recipe

“Mousse au chocolat”  Chocolate Mousse in French. In French Mousse means foam so you have to keep this in your mind while you will make this recipe.

The foamy texture of whipped cream and the yummy flavor of chocolate will make this recipe outstanding. Making an authentic mousse is time consuming but here in this recipe I made an easy way to make a chocolate Trifle Recipe.

Ingredients you need Chocolate Mousse Trifle

• Oreo Biscuit – 10 pieces
• Chocolate – 100 gm
• Whipped cream / Fresh Cream (chilled) – 200 ml

How to make Chocolate Mousse ?

First take Oreo Biscuits in a mixer and grind it properly. Then transfer small biscuits crumbs in a bowl. Now you need to make the cream for this you can take 200 ml Fresh cream or Whipped Cream. Cut the chocolates into small pieces and take it in a bowl then melt them with 2 tbsp of fresh cream using double boiler process(Boil water in one container and place the bowl of chocolate over it). Once the chocolate melted completely keep it aside for few minutes. Whisk the rest of the fresh cream / whipping cream into a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Add few cream to the chocolate cream mixture. Mix it well. Now take glass bowl of your choice and make layer of crushed cookies, whipped cream and chocolate mousse with the help of spoon. Repeat layers. Refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours and serve chilled.

Refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours and serve chilled
