Chicken Curry| Easy Instant Chicken Recipe in Pressure Cooker – This pressure cooker chicken curry is an Indian chicken curry recipe made with onion, garlic, ginger , curd and some spices in just 25 minutes. This is a easy and quick recipe for beginners. You can serve this pressure cooker chicken curry with roti or rice.

Heat 1/2 cup mustard oil in a pressure cooker.
After heating oil turn off the flame or induction.
Add garlic cloves, sliced onions, green chilli and 1 tsp ginger paste.
Now turn on the flame.
Stir well. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
Reduce the flame.
Mix well and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
After one whistle turn off the flame.
In the meantime take 1 kg chicken in a bowl.
Add 3 tbsp curd, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp chicken masala, 1 tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi. Mix it well.
After one whistle open the lid of the pressure cooker. Masala is well cooked.
Turn on the flame. Fry for 5 min on a low flame.
Masala is now perfectly cooked.
Now add chicken pieces. Stir well.
Add 1 tsp kasuri methi and mix well.
Stir and cook for 2 min on low flame.
Then Add one cup water .Close the lid and give two whistle.
Your pressure cooker chicken curry is ready. Serve with roti or rice.
