Chicken bharta recipe
very well known Indian dish. Many variant we can found in different parts of India but the most famous style is the Dhaba style chicken bharta. Here I have shared the famous Dhaba style Chicken Bharta recipe step by step.
Dhaba style chicken bharta recipe is a perfect chicken recipes with roti.
Ingredients
Directions

Take 250 gms of Chicken. Add one cup of water and pinch of salt. Cover and boil it for 3 to 4 min then transfer it to a plate.Keep the chicken stock aside.Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.Now add 4 tbsp onion paste.Fry for few minutes.Then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.Fry for 8 to 10 seconds.Now add 2 tbsp tomato paste.Give a mix and cook till it becomes soft in a low flame.

Now add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder. Give a mix.Cook for 2 to 3 mins in a low medium flame.

When oil separates add chicken pieces.Mix it well. Now Add salt as per taste.Add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.Stir and cook for 1 min.

Then add cashew and curd paste(Make a paste of 6-8 cashew with 2 tsp curd). Now add chicken stock.Add a pinch of kashuri methi. Cover and cook or 2 min in a low flame.

Now add 2 tbsp fresh cream and a little amount of butter.Add scrumbled boiled egg and switch off the flame.

Chicken Bharta is ready to serve.
