Cauliflower Cutlets
recipe is an Easy and Quick recipe best served as tea snack. If you have less time in hand to cook some snacks then this would be the best , delicious and tasty recipe which you can easily made within 15 minutes with less ingredients.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak in salt water for 5 minutes. Wash it thoroughly and dry completely.

Finely chopped or grate cauliflower with the help of grater. Take 1 cup grated cauliflower in a mixing bowl.

Add 1/3 cup chopped onion,1 green chilli and 1/2 tsp grated ginger and 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves.

Then add turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp chat masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp carom seeds or ajwain and mix it very well.

Now add 1/2 cup gram flour or besan ,1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp semolina and salt as per taste. Give it a mix. If the mixture is dry then you can add little water and mix it well.

Grease your palm with oil and take a small portion and give it a shape like cutlet.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry in a low medium flame till golden brown. Flip and fry other sides.

Remove it on a plate and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
