Breakfast recipe: Bread pocket omelette sandwich or Cheese bread Omelette

Process –

1. Take bread pieces and cut the edges of the bread. Take out the middle portion of the bread. Keep aside.
2. Now take 3 eggs in a bowl.
3. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilli, chopped carrot and salt as per taste.
4. Now add red chilli powder and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Take a pan and put 1 tsp butter in a pan. Spread the butter. Keep the flame low.
6. Now place the bread edges in a pan.
7. Pour the egg mixture in the middle of the bread edges.
8. Put cheese slice on the top of the bread.
9. Pour some egg mixture again.
10. Place the square shaped bread slice. Press it gently on a low flame .
11. Cover and cook for 1 min. Bread pocket omelette sandwich is ready.

Cover and cook for 1 min. Bread pocket omelette sandwich is ready.
