Bengali Gujiya Recipe/Milk Powder Sweet , bengali ring shaped sweet. This bengali gujiya recipe is most popular among kids because of its taste and shape. I always remembering my childhood while making this bengali gujiya recipe. Milk peda and gujiya are similar in taste.
This is the most easy recipe which needs only few ingredients. The main ingredients for this recipe are butter, milk, sugar and milk powder.
Ingredients
Directions
Add 1tsp ghee in a pre heated pan.
Then add 1/2 cup milk. Stir well.
Add 1 cup milk powder. Mix well so that no lumps occur.
Now add powdered sugar and cook for 5 to 7 mins in a low flame.
Now add powdered sugar and cook for 5 to 7 mins in a low flame.
Switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate. Cool it completely.
Apply ghee in your palm so that the khoya mix does not stick on the hands.
Take a small portion of the mix and give it a shape of ring.
For dong ring shape first you have to make a cylindrical shape with the dough and then join both the loose end to give the ring shape.
